To associate or not to associate that is the question!

Just days after the Regional Sales meeting of the Quiznos Corporation, held at the Marriott Hotel located at the Los Angeles International Airport, the Quiznos Franchisees Association referred to as “QFA” has released that they are offering thousands of dollars in savings for all Quiznos Franchisees.

The QFA announced today that for year 2006 they are offering a broad range of benefits to their members from discounted food costs to lower liability insurance as well as discounted credit card processing.  They will now directly assist those franchisees that wish to sell their businesses. This latest announcement stems from the news that Quiznos Corporation is up for sale and is expected to gain a windfall of an estimated two billion dollars, and all at the cost of the hard working franchisees.

Already in place are experienced attorney’s to assist the QFA in their bold new move for their members. Bob Baber, founder and president of the QFA, has been a long time advocate for franchisees of the Denver, Colorado based Quiznos Corporation—having already won a significant legal battle against the franchising giant, with more expected in the near future. Mr. Baber, in a statement today was quoted as saying “We are an association that is here to assist all franchisees of Quiznos Corporation in anyway that we can to reduce their costs and secure their investments.” Mr. Baber continued, “As an organization we are dedicated to providing relief to Quiznos Franchisees by helping them to sell their businesses when things are not up to expectations based on Quiznos Corporations’ allegations. We can offer an expedited mechanism for the purchase transactions.”

Mr. Baber and his wife Ratty began their first dealings with Quiznos Corporation dating back to 1997 having owned two Quiznos Franchises in southern California for many years. Both Babers are well equipped and have a wealth of experience working directly with Quiznos Corporation and assisting franchisees in all matters. Mr. Baber stated, “There are a lot of issues surrounding the sale of a Quiznos Franchise. It is important to know how to sell your store and how to deal with the issues that may arise from Quiznos Corporate.”

“The primary goals of the Quiznos Franchisees Association are to save every franchisee in the United States hard earned dollars and ensure that Quiznos Corporation acts in a responsible manner in all their business dealings,” stated Jeff Reynolds, who is assisting the QFA in their endeavors. Mr. Reynolds furthered his comments with, “The truth of the matter is that all Quiznos Franchisees are on their own against [Quiznos] Corporate and typically do not have a fighting chance to save themselves should the need arise against Quiznos Corporate.”
